 I maintain an active and adventurous lifestyle. I’ve explored Vitoria Falls in Zimbabwe, Abseiled in Brazil, walked on Copacabana beach in Rio and ascended to Christ the Redeemer statue with my bicycle – spent five days cycling on motorways and up mountains across Brazil. I’ve kayaked on the Andaman Sea and rode on an elephant in Thailand, hiked mountains in the Eastern Cape and done many cliff-top walks in Devon, paddle boarded in the Cotswolds, and more.

I believe in using every possible way to support my body’s renewal pathways for glowing skin, sharper memory and amazing energy.
